CANCELLATION
 

One can cancel his / her placed order request on our website www.keykart.in until It is  shipped / processed. Order request will be rejected if the order has been already pickup by our courier partner for shipping from our end.

Order of customised goods / personalised goods will not be cancelled, however the customisation request can be considered until it is processed (maximum 3 hours from time of order). Cancellation request are subject to approval. Cancellation request will be responded within 24 hours.

On approval of order cancellation request, full amount will be refunded to the buyer. Mode of refund would be the same through which the payment was made. Money refund will be processed within 15 working days of order cancellation request approval. 

RETURNS REQUEST


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packing. Returns request sent within 48 hours of product receipt will only be considered. Otherwise, product will be treated as received as per ordered. Product received as per order will not be returned.
Regular priced items may be returned; unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Upon sending a returns request, you need to share a few pictures of your key, and the product that you have received on  sales@keykart.in  within limited time only.

Customised goods / modified goods / product designed or generated according to your given details / customised keys / programmed keys / generated remotes /online key cutting products will not be returned on any terms.

REFUND REQUEST


Refund request will be considered if the product is damaged in transit. Buyer needs to provide valid evidence of damaged product by sending relevant photos within 48 hours of product receipt on sales@keykart.in.
Otherwise, item will be treated as received in good condition.

Refunds are subject to approval. Once approved, you need to send us back the product (the item will be must unused and with original packing) by speed post or any low cost courier. Once we receive the product and after approval, we will refund the full amount. To compensate the courier cost incurred by the buyer in returning the product, KEYKART ensures to reimburse this cost by giving a free gift or a discount coupon code to the buyer by courier or email. The refund will be processed within 15 working days after approval. Mode of refund would be the same through which the payment was received.

Return and exchange will be considered if the buyer has by mistake bought a product not suitable for his requirement. Buyer needs to provide valid evidence of unsuitable product by sending relevant photos on sales@keykart.in within 12 hours of product receipt. KEYKART will review the request, and get back within 3 working days.

To avail replacement, buyer will have to bear the shipping charges for returning the unsuitable product to us. KEYKART will not arrange/entertain reverse pick-up requests.

Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received by us. Buyer will have to bear the shipping charges for the replacement product that we’ll ship after we receive the returned product.

Customised goods / modified goods / product designed or generated according to your given details / customised keys / programmed keys / generated remotes /online key cutting products will not be treated for return and exchange request.



RETURN AND REFUND

within 12 hours of product receipt. KEYKART will review the request, and get back within 3 working days

In case KEYKART mistakenly ships incorrect product to the buyer, the buyer should re-ship the product back to KEYKART. To compensate the courier cost incurred by the buyer in returning the product, KEYKART ensures to reimburse this cost by giving a free gift or a discount coupon code to the buyer by courier or email. To initiate the return process the buyer should get in touch with us on our email only (sales@keykart.in) with

 1) Invoice scanned copy   

2) Photo of his/her car keys 

3) Photo of the wrong product received.

KEYKART shall initiate the re-shipping process within 2-4 working days and will co-ordinate with the buyer over his/her email id / WHATSAPP

Cancellation/Refunds/Returns/Replacements policy is subject to change without prior notice.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)


 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

KEYKART reserves the right to reject a return/refund/replacement / cancellation request subject to the condition of the product being returned. If the product being returned looks partially or fully damaged or in used condition. KEYKART reserves the right to reject your return/refund/replacement / cancellation request. Refunds/replacements/ returns / cancellation are subject to approval.
